Unfortunately, the majority of the items we stock are non-cancelable and non-refundable. We class Non-cancelable and non-refundable item as
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements that is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element
However, If you do contact us before we have started to personalise your item (s), then we we will happily give you a refund or credit note.
If your item is not personalised and you change your mind, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us first, either by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 (0)7725 635 816 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm) and state your order number, the product which is at fault and you name and address. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance). If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.
Most of our items are delivered within 5-7 working days. Please let us know if you need an item for a particular date and will will do our very best to do this for you. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm, and Saturdays, 8pm – 5pm
